I can create your new floor plan, select all the “pretty stuff” (aka materials and finishes), and offer design management throughout your entire renovation.

Drafting

We can design your new layout together from the beginning, so you won’t need an architect to draw your renovation plans. My drawings can include a floor plan with demo plans, elevations and electrical plans. I additionally offer 3D rendered models to help you visualize your project from every angle, giving a much better sense of how the finished project will look before work starts.

New Construction Consulting

Whether you have a builder or you're self contracting, there are hundreds (THOUSANDS!) of decisions to make when you build a home.  For example, "How much light do we really need in the kitchen? Where does the tile stop at the edge of the shower? How do I choose a brick color when they all look the same?!?"  The process can be quite overwhelming for a homeowner!  For a flat fee, I can help you every step of the way, and it's much more affordable than you might think!  

DIY Designer-On-Call Service

What if you have your contractors and think you can tackle the project yourself, but still need a design coach along the way?  I can help with paint colors, selecting finishes (flooring and backsplash, lighting, plumbing, countertops), etc., as well as answer questions that come up during the construction phase. For this service, I charge an hourly fee with blocks of hours available.

Home Staging
